Committees
The
purpose of each of our committees is to address specific issues of the Villas home-owners, to help achieve our goals, and
make recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Architectural
The purpose of the Architectural
Review Committee is to review applications for alterations/additions to the exterior of a unit, such as fences, storm doors,
landscaping, in order to maintain the architectural integrity of The Villas at
Hershey Meadows.
Communication
The
purpose of the Communications Committee is to give guidance to the Board of Directors on ways to continuously improve the
communications process by implementing better methods of communication and applying new technologies
Financial
The
purpose of the Financial Committee is to provide recommendations and requested assistance to the Treasurer and Board of Directors
on financial and audit-related matters
Long
Range Planning
The
purpose of the Long Range Planning Committee is to assist and advise the Board of Directors in efforts to provide for the
maintenance, protection and enhancement of properties values and quality of life at The Villas at Hershey Meadows
Welcoming
The purpose of the Welcoming Committee is to greet new owners and non-owner
residents to The Villas at Hershey Meadows. The committee’s responsibilities will include providing information to new
residents about the Association and the community.
