Michael Lapinsky, Community Manager

Mike is a 2007 graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Major in Marketing. He spent over two years as an Account Representative for an Ephrata, PA based advertising agency and prior to that held a sales role with the Philadelphia Flyers. He spends his free time coaching soccer for Garden Spot High School, playing in mens soccer leagues, golfing and traveling.

Kelly Keperling, Resident Manager

Kelly comes to Select Property & Association Management with seven years in customer serviceReal Estate experience. Previous to Select, Kelly worked as an assistant to a Broker and Commercial Property Management Company. She is always up for a challenge and is excited to grow with Select. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends, going to the beach and spending time with her family.
